Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At KOR, we want you to feel comfortable in what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make the process simple and hassle-free.


1. Returns & Exchanges

Easy Returns/Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

After 7 Days
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.


2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and order details

We’ll review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order products

If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to contact us before placing the request.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges can be made for:

  • A different size

  • A different color

  • Another product of equal value

If you choose a product of lower value, the difference will be refunded after the exchange is completed.


5. Return Shipping

If return pickup is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse:

Shipping reimbursement may be provided upon submission of a valid receipt (subject to approval).


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

For COD orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.
