Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1β2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Cut-off time for same-day processing is 3:00 PM IST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
Standard Shipping: Delivery in 3β7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 1β3 business days.
3. Shipping Coverage
Domestic (India): We ship nationwide across India.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

5. Shipping Delays
During peak seasons (festivals, sales) or due to unexpected events (weather, courier issues), deliveries may be delayed.
We will notify you via email or SMS in case of significant delays.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Damaged / Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is any issue, email photos and order details to kor.official.jaipur@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost in Transit:
If tracking shows βDeliveredβ but you have not received the package, please contact the courier company first. If confirmed lost, inform us and we will assist you further.
7. Address Changes & Returns to Sender
To change your shipping address, please email kor.official.jaipur@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.
Packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient address will incur a re-shipping fee. You may also opt for a refund minus the original shipping charges.
8. Multiple Shipping Addresses
To ship products to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
