- Returns & Exchanges: Accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale/discounted items, gift cards, and customized products.
- Exchanges: Available for size, color, or another product of equal value. If the replacement product costs less, the price difference will be refunded.
- Return Shipping: If pickup isn't available, customers can self-ship the item to our Jaipur warehouse. Shipping reimbursement may be provided upon approval with a valid receipt.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI.
