• Returns & Exchanges: Accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
  
• Non-Returnable Items: Sale/discounted items, gift cards, and customized products.
  
• Exchanges: Available for size, color, or another product of equal value. If the replacement product costs less, the price difference will be refunded.
  
• Return Shipping: If pickup isn't available, customers can self-ship the item to our Jaipur warehouse. Shipping reimbursement may be provided upon approval with a valid receipt.
